To get started, I have all first time clients do a consultation. Although there is a fee, it'll be free if you decide to continue with me and book another service. I will come to you in home, and evaluate the training your dog currently has and any issues. We will go over all my training techniques and methods, I will explain the communication tools I use and will fit them accordingly to your dog. I am a balanced trainer so I do use prong collars and ecollars. If you do not have them already, I do have two brands available for purchase that I recommend. It is incredibly important to get good equipment as any off branded e collars or prongs can actually be harmful to the dogs due to the poor quality. I use the Herm Sprenger prong collar and mini educator e collars. I will explain the importance of balanced training timing, consistency, and motivation while training your dog and last I will give you a few exercises to get you started. One will be for you to start working on by yourself, and the others will be to start building engagement between you and your dog!
